Data Processing Policy – Amazon SP-API Integration

  1. Data Collection                                                      
  Amazon order data (name, shipping address, order number, order status)  
  is retrieved exclusively through the Amazon Selling Partner API.        
                                                                                                
  2. Purpose of Processing                                                
  Data is used solely for the creation of DHL shipping labels and to                            
  report tracking numbers back to Amazon. No use for marketing, analytics,  
  or any other purpose.                                                                         
                                                                          
  3. Processing and Storage                                                                     
  All data is processed locally on a private server that is not publicly    
  accessible. No customer data is hosted in the cloud. Customer addresses 
  are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM.                                                       
                                                                          
  4. Third-Party Disclosure                                                                     
  Customer data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. The only                        
  exception: the shipping address is transmitted to DHL solely for parcel
  delivery. No other Amazon data is shared with DHL or any other party.                         
                                                                            
  5. Data Retention                                                                             
  Personally identifiable order data is automatically deleted 30 days after 
  shipment completion. Tracking numbers without personal reference are                          
  retained for up to 90 days for internal shipping statistics.            
                                                                                                
  6. Data Security                                                          
  All stored data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The server is not publicly                     
  accessible. Access is restricted exclusively to the owner via the internal
  network.                                                                
                                                                          
  7. Your Rights                                                          
  Upon request, we will provide information about stored personal data and
